White House Role In 3rd Amendment Net Worth Sweep
But White House officials played a unique role in the decision to impose the Net Worth Sweep, and this fact cannot be seriously disputed in light of the materials attached to the plaintiffs' motion...As this Court has already observed, "[h]igh-ranking officials within an agency, corporation, or other institution are not fungible," [.] and the communications of such officials are not fungible either.Otherwise, the law firm made a very compelling case against the government's assertion of the Deliberative Process Privilege and the Bank Examination Privilege. One sure bet, the government won't accede to the requests for additional information without a fight.

I have been reading this blog and posts for a while now. I have been keeping the faith that we will eventually prevail but I am starting to lose it. I don’t want to lose that faith, here are my thoughts which cause me starting to lose faith, Please let me know what you think.
Here are my thoughts:
The DC politicians who are in control of our country don’t want Fannie and Freddie to go free. Just follow their actions, do we know anyone in executive branch or legislative branch supporting our cause?
The answer is no one.
The Republicans hate FnF.
The Democrats, on the other hand, want to use profit from FnF to fund their programs.
It’s very apparent that Obama knows what’s going on and he knows it’s illegal. But guess what, he needs money to fund his Obama care and that’s his legacy. Does he care about the lower class and Black Americans fulfilling their American dream? No, he’s a politician and he knows full well this will not become a Watergate on him.
So then do we believe the candidates running now who support FnF and will release FnF when he or she becomes President?
The answer is again no.
On the Republican side, the candidate most likely will release FnF, according to many folks, is Donald Trump. But from the way he has been campaigning, he’s more like a celebrity than someone who’s about to make changes to DC. You think he’s going to build wall across the US-Mexican border? You think he’s going to piss off every Muslims in this country? If he ended up doing all that, he’s going to piss off lots of people that he may want to keep some political clout within his own party by not releasing FnF. But frankly I am of the opinion he’s all talk, no action.
Let’s not talk about the other Republican candidates, we know where they stand on FnF.
On the Democrat side, lots of people believe in Bernie Sanders. Ok, let’s see, he wants free healthcare for all, he wants free education for all, he wants to balance income inequality. Let’s see, where does he get money to fund all these? Wait, you said tax more on the billionaires? Come on, that won’t be enough to fund all these. So again, we are back to where we started with Obama but I believe Bernie is going to be worse in the sense that he’s going to spend more money and get us deeper into debt. He will never let go of the free money he can get from FnF.
And Hilary? Laugh, she’s a liar, we all know that. She’s in the bed with Wall Street, where do you think her campaign funds come from?
So forget about them, let’s go to the courts then. Courts should get things right.
Ok, let’s talk about courts. First of all, the judges, don’t they belong to a party? So why would anyone think they will put the shareholders ahead of their party’s agenda? So here’s what we’ve seen so far, Lamberth threw out our case while Sweeney delaying the case in her court. It can and most likely will take a long time in courts plus the government will appeal and this will most likely end up in Supreme Court. Do we think we have a better chance then? But do we know if FnF won’t be wind down by then?
So there we have it, I am afraid that these liars (Obama and crew) and criminals (Paulson and Geithner) will walk way free. Shareholders will be left with little or nothing. And the American dream will be shattered.
Sorry for the pessimistic view and the long post, please correct me. I do want to keep the faith but these questions are swaying me.
1. BHO as a democratic candidate received largest campaign donations in the history from Wall Street bankers. Take a look at these big contributors and their role in 2008 crisis.
2. The same set of Wall Street bankers who created conditions for 2008 crisis and then caused 2008 crisis while in Bush administration got promoted in BHO administration. These people continued the same flawed but self promoting strategies.
3. One needs to look at all these people played before joining administration, their network connections, and what these people are doing now after leaving public office.
Also look at their net worth before and after their role as public officials.
4. Take a Look those who are the beneficiaries and victims of FnF seizures, conservatorship, SPSA/amendments, continued conservatorship.
